• Hybrid Flexibility: Work both onsite in Webster, MA and remotely, blending collaboration with autonomy.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Must have Insurance Claims experience

• Build and maintain datasets for enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, data manipulation, and modeling to support business deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings to define and document requirements for future reporting and visualizations.
• Consult with teams across the organization to ensure data quality and accessibility.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on your analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Related experience; 4‑6 years’ experience
• Strong skills in SQL, SAS, VBA, Excel, and experience with relational databases (Oracle, DB2, Access).
• Ability to analyze user requirements and build front‑end BI applications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and thriving in high‑pressure environments.

• Experience in insurance, banking, credit card, or financial industries.
• Familiarity with platforms like VCGI
  04, AS400, Diamond, Tron Web.
• Skills in SQL Server, Teradata, UNIX, LINUX, MVS, R, Cognos.
• Programming experience in C, C++, JAVA, or other languages.
• Database design expertise.

The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at MAPFRE are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Salary Range $87k - $130k
