Pay:$61,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to support our Long Term Care/Sub-Acute Facility, as well as our Assisted Living Residence. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and knowledgeable in healthcare HR practices and Massachusetts employment regulations, with the ability to support both clinical and non-clinical teams.

Compliance and Regulatory Support

Benefits, Leave & HR Administration

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare or related field preferred

· 3 years of Human Resources experience required

· Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, hospice, or healthcare preferred

· Knowledge of Massachusetts employment laws (PFML, earned sick time, wage & hour)

Skills and Competencies

· Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a healthcare setting

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

· Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory environments

· Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and Paylocity system

· Abilit to support a diverse workforce across multiple care settings
