We re looking for a highly motivated and professional HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our Human Resources department, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Providing comprehensive HR support, including accurate data entry, meticulous filing, and managing HR databases.
• Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Facilitating the new hire process, including background checks, new hire paperwork, and setting up employee files.
• Coordinating and assisting with employee onboarding to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
• Maintaining confidential employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assisting with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Compensation: Pay for this position is $24 $ 26 per hour
. Your final compensation will be determined by several factors, including your education, work experience, location, specific job duties, and certifications.
