Always maintain clean dry floors and walls, including sweeping and mopping;
Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks on conveyor to dishwashing machine;
Wash pots, pans, trays, worktables, walls, ranges, refrigerators, deli slicers and buffalo chopper;
Segregate and remove trash, garbage and cardboard and places it in designated containers;
Steam clean or hose out garbage cans;
Set up, maintain and work the dishwashing stations at events.
