Behavior Technician (Part-Time)

A1 Autism Consultants is looking for individuals passionate about working with those impacted by ASD to join our team as a Part‑Time Registered Behavior Technician. This is a great opportunity to join a fast‑growing ABA company in healthcare!

A Behavior Technician’s fundamental role is to help every child we serve achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential. Day‑to‑day, we implement center and home‑based individualized ABA programming designed and supervised by Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBA/LABAs).

Programming focuses on teaching new skills while simultaneously working on reducing problem behaviors that may serve as a barrier to learning.

At least $20.00 per hour based on experience.

• Job Type: Part‑time.
• Schedule:
  
  8‑hour, 10‑hour, or 12‑hour shifts Monday‑Friday; on call; weekends as needed.

• Patient Demographics:
  Adolescents, Children.

  Worcester, MA 01605 (must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work).
• Travel:
  Up to 50% of the time (Preferred).
• Education:
  
  High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred).
