We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner specializing in Psychiatry to provide exceptional outpatient mental health services. Required Skills:

  • Current Nurse Practitioner license with board certification in Psychiatry or Mental Health
  • Valid DEA license and State prescriptive authority
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting patient relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical practice
Nice to Have

Skills:
  • Experience with telepsychiatry or remote patient care
  • Knowledge of behavioral health pharmacology
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
  • Familiarity with community resources and referral networks
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) with a specialization in Psychiatry/Mental Health
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient psychiatric care
  • Current BLS certification
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexible hours within scheduled shift times
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Must comply with all state and federal healthcare regulations and licensure requirements
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive pay, weekly pay via direct deposit, medical benefits (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, and various reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and more.
