CNAs and HHAs

Overview

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide and/or CNA for the Worcester area to assist with our senior clients who are in need of support with Activities of daily living, household support, and companionship.

Daily 4‑hour shifts example: 8am‑12pm, 9am‑1pm, 10am‑2pm, etc.

3pm‑7pm, 4pm‑8pm.

We also have 4‑hour shifts in the following areas:
Auburn, Holden, Grafton.

• CNA or HHA would assist with the Activities of Living, personal care.
• CNA or HHA would assist with light housekeeping.
• CNA or HHA would encourage walking, exercising.
• CNA or HHA would encourage stimulating conversation.
• CNA or HHA would assist Activities and exercise according to the Care Plan.
• CNA or HHA would encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/Care Plan.
• Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant would competently document shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone.
• Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner.

• Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification.
• 2+ years experience working with your Certification.
• Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA.
• Must have experience working with Dementia.
• Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check.
• Current TB test, Quanti
  
  FERON Gold Test, or X‑ray.
• Dementia care experience.
• Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills.

  • We also have other wonderful clients that are in need of assistance for morning hours! 8am‑12pm, 9am‑12pm, 11am‑2pm (examples).
