Co-Occurring Clinical Team Manager - CBHC – Independent Licensure

Location:
Worcester Area, MA. Full-Time/Regular position with Riverside Community Care.
Salary and benefits are competitive with opportunities for sign-on bonuses and language differentials where applicable.
Responsibilities- Oversee all care provided on the multidisciplinary Co-Occurring treatment team, ensuring integration between roles and adherence to the CBHC mission, providing wrap-around quality care.
- Partner with director-level management to align the team with CBHC values and mission.
- Lead clinical team meetings and provide clinical supervision.
- Coordinate care among staff roles on the team and ensure adherence to harm reduction and self-determination principles.
- Problem-solve barriers to care and manage team member productivity.
- Coordinate workflows across the team as part of a broader MAT collaboration.
The multidisciplinary treatment team includes: co-occurring clinicians, recovery support coordinators, recovery coaches, nurses, medical assistants and prescribers. This position collaborates with an established MAT team to support daily operations, access and quality of care, staffing, and integration with the wider service system to ensure continuity of care.

$79,567.48 to $84,872.11 per year, salaried, depending on experience.
Language differential available for Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole – additional $0.96/hour.

- Intermediate computer fluency, including Microsoft Office
- Valid Driver’s License and regular access to a reliable vehicle
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling with Independent Licensure (LMHC or LICSW)
- At least 2 years of experience with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and Co-Occurring Disorders (COD)
- Knowledge of evidenced-based practices and service systems
- Three years post-licensure at the independent level for the discipline (specific to training and expertise)
- 1 year supervisory or managerial experience in a similar setting
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience at the master’s level
- Experience with adult service systems including DMH and various levels of care
- Active professional license maintenance requirements (continuing education, ethics, etc.)
