We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Rehab Counselor to provide direct care and behavioral health support to adult residents in a group home setting. This role focuses on ensuring resident safety, supporting daily living needs, and promoting stability and independence in a structured environment.

• Provide hands‑on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Support residents with daily routines and structured programming
• Monitor resident behavior and respond appropriately to behavioral needs
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful living environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete required documentation and follow mandated reporting guidelines
• Group home setting
• Behavioral health support focus

• Minimum 2 years of behavioral health or residential support experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• CPR certification preferred
• MAP certification preferred (higher rate available if certified)
• Ability to pass Abuse & Neglect Registry and background checks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
