Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team! You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
- Assist in the transport of patients
- Provide companionship and basic care to patients
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
- Accurate documentation in the computer
- Monitor and report vital signs and any changes in patient condition
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to work well in teams
Requirements:
- Valid CNA license in the state of Massachusetts
- Dementia certification
- CPR/BLS
- At least one (1) year experience in a facility
- Reliable transportation
