Speech Language Pathologist in Worcester, MA

A K-12 school district in Worcester, MA is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with certification of clinical competence (CCC) to provide teletherapy and in-person services for a contract position through the end of the school year. This role offers the opportunity to support students across three sites, serving a diverse caseload ranging from preschool through high school.

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students aged PK-12, accommodating a caseload of approximately 50 students, with a mix of direct and indirect service models.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively to reach students and maintain consistent progress.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Manage scheduling and documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
• Adapt services for middle and high school students as needed to address varied communication needs.

• Current SLP license with CCC certification.
• Experience providing speech-language services in educational settings, preferably K-12.
• Competency in teletherapy service delivery.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a multi-site caseload.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff.

• Work hours:
  
  7:36 a.m. to 1:51 p.m.
• Contract duration: ASAP through the end of the school year
• Caseload includes students from preschool through grade 12.
• Services provided across three different school sites.
• Interview availability:
  Thursdays and Fridays after 11 a.m.
