Position Summary
Provides occupational therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of an occupational therapist. Assists in assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, documentation, and communication.

• Responsibilities (not limited to)
  • Provides occupational therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of an occupational therapist.
  • Identifies indications for and assists in evaluations at appropriate intervals under the direction of the occupational therapist.
  • Assists the occupational therapist in identifying a problem list, short‑term goals, long‑term goals and treatment plan.
  • Maintains and completes accurate documentation, department records and reports.

• Education, Experience, and Licensure
  • Must have an active state license or be license eligible and meet the.wrapper house educational requirements defined in the job description.
  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program from an accredited program.
