Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of older adults? If so, our Rehab Team at Briarwood in Worcester, MA is seeking its next employee‑owner team member.

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as a member of our interdisciplinary team.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• At least 1 year of acute care, long‑term care and/or rehabilitation experience required.
• Nethealth experience.
