Title: Radiologic Technologist – X‑Ray (Mobile)

Location: Worcester, MA (On‑Site)

Facility: Trident Care

Duration & Type: Direct Hire

Shift: Afternoons – 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM or 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM. Weekends and on‑call coverage as needed.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ($30–32 depending on experience) plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus (paid quarterly). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO & sick time, 401(k), life insurance, FSA, disability coverage, employee assistance, and same‑day pay advance options.

Chamberlain Advisors is hiring a Radiologic Technologist – X‑Ray (Mobile) to provide mobile diagnostic imaging services across Worcester, MA. The role involves delivering mobile X‑ray services, performing EKGs when required, operating portable DR and CR equipment, and managing imaging data in a mobile care setting. The technologist will transport and maintain imaging equipment, support accurate billing, and communicate professionally with patients and clinical teams.

• Provide mobile X‑ray imaging services to assigned facilities and patient locations
• Perform EKG procedures when applicable
• Operate portable DR and CR imaging units to acquire high‑quality diagnostic images
• Submit imaging studies accurately and in accordance with protocols
• Transport, load, and unload imaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Manage billing and procedural documentation as required
• Communicate professionally with patients, facility staff, and internal team members
• Adhere to safety standards, infection control practices, and regulatory requirements
• Support on‑call and weekend coverage based on workload and operational needs

• Active ARRT certification in Radiography (Required)
• Active Massachusetts radiologic technologist license; limited license not accepted (Required)
• Valid driver’s license in good standing (Required)
• Capacity to meet physical demands, including pushing or pulling equipment loads of 50–100 pounds using ramps or pulleys (Required)
• Willingness to participate in on‑call coverage as discussed during the interview process (Required)
• COVID‑19 vaccination or approved documented exemption (Required)
