- Provides direction, coordination and monitoring of transport staff.
- Addresses attendance, punctuality, and performance concerns with employees.
- Monitors staffing patterns/schedules and provides feedback to the manager on opportunities for service improvement.
- Monitors daily staffing needs, managing unscheduled absences and determining if staff can be flexed down based on volume/criteria.
- Participates in the preparation and interpretation of management reports to monitor employee performance, job request demand/supply key indicators, and delay analysis.
- Develops and maintains effective liaisons with all departments served, continuously assessing opportunities for improvement in patient safety, patient satisfaction, and customer satisfaction.

- Required:
- Education:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required - Licensure/Certification: AHA (American Heart Association) BLS CPR/AED
- Education:
- Preferred:
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Transport experience preferred
- Experience with bed tracking and/or transport tracking software preferred
