• Provides direction, coordination and monitoring of transport staff.
• Addresses attendance, punctuality, and performance concerns with employees.
• Monitors staffing patterns/schedules and provides feedback to the manager on opportunities for service improvement.
• Monitors daily staffing needs, managing unscheduled absences and determining if staff can be flexed down based on volume/criteria.
• Participates in the preparation and interpretation of management reports to monitor employee performance, job request demand/supply key indicators, and delay analysis.
• Develops and maintains effective liaisons with all departments served, continuously assessing opportunities for improvement in patient safety, patient satisfaction, and customer satisfaction.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Required:
  • Education:
    
    High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • Licensure/Certification: AHA (American Heart Association) BLS CPR/AED
• Preferred:
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Transport experience preferred
  • Experience with bed tracking and/or transport tracking software preferred
