• Act as an In-Home Behavior Therapist (IHBS) delivering structured, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in clients’ homes to address youth behavioral needs and support caregivers in understanding and improving child communication.
• Work as a Behavior Technician implementing clients’ behavior support plans, collecting data, and providing ABA‑based instruction to promote new skill development, all under the direction of a supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and families to monitor progress, report data, and support meaningful change in client behavior.

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or a related CBHI‑approved program.
• Fluent in Spanish (Required).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in home or community settings (highly desirable).
• Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders (preferred).
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum (desirable).
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate approach to care.

• High‑quality supervision of fieldwork for BCBA or BCaBA credentials, with a two‑year contract upon completion.
• RBT 40‑hour training, competency assessment, ongoing supervision, and a $100 bonus upon credential attainment.
• Hands‑on training with ongoing clinical support from supervising BCBA.

• Full‑time salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (with $30/hour incentive over productivity).
