Overview

We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Shrewsbury, MA just outside Worcester. We value orthopedic experience but consider new graduates with suitable clinical placements. A strong work ethic, passion for personalized care, and teamwork are essential.

For over 5 years we have committed to helping the Worcester community improve health and mobility. Our team of respected PTs collaborates to give patients the best care, using state‑of‑the‑art methods in traditional and cutting‑edge therapy. We specialize in sports and orthopedic injuries.

Duties
  • Patient consultation—review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit
  • Consult with referring physicians/healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed
  • Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient’s particular needs
  • Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques, including exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living
  • Educate patients on the benefits of PT, the recovery process, and the challenges they will face, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
  • Document progress notes—accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, record patient conditions and responses to treatments after each visit
  • Collaborate with other PTs and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
  • Communicate effectively with both staff and patients
  • Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
  • PT license in MA
  • 1+ year’s experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred; motivated recent graduates considered
Schedule
  • Full time
  • 8–12‑hour days, open to flexible scheduling options
Compensation

$95,000–$100,000 per year
