Direct Support Professional III - Senior Service Coordinator
ASPiRE!, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is looking for a Senior Service Coordinator to lead a dedicated team and support individuals with developmental disabilities. Join us and make a difference by fostering independence and growth.
PayPay: $22.50/hr

- Provide hands‑on assistance with personal care, daily living activities, and goal achievement for individuals served.
- Develop and maintain Individual Support Plans (ISPs), ensuring timely follow‑up and delivery of support services.
- Supervise and mentor staff, evaluate performance, and provide contextual training in therapeutic models.
- Design and implement behavior management interventions in collaboration with the clinical team.
- Act as the site’s contact person in the absence of management, ensuring smooth operations and program integrity.
- Collaborate with families, guardians, and external agencies to promote individual progress in home, work, and community settings.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of related experience, including staff supervision and case management.
- Valid standard driver’s license (Class C or
D).
- Expertise in activity planning, behavior management, and therapeutic techniques.
- Strong understanding of person‑centered planning and daily living assistance.
- Ability to foster independence, choice, and growth in a respectful and culturally appropriate manner.
- Familiarity with Seven Hills Foundation policies and procedures and program‑specific regulations.
