Position SummaryThis role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assess, plan, implement direct clinical care for assigned patients, supervise staff, support the CNO, ensure high quality and safe nursing care, maintain staff competency, and manage resources related to patient care.
ResponsibilitiesAssume responsibility for assessing, planning and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per‑shift basis. Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care. Support the CNO in ensuring high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, staff competency, and resource management related to patient care. Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills, serve as a role model, and advocate for the nursing profession.

Qualifications- Education: Required - Graduated from a state‑approved school of nursing or an accredited school. Preferred - Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree).
- Certification: Required - Current license, certification, or registration to practice in the state of practice; CPR.
