Open role description for Flexible Support Services for youth between 6 and 18 and their families in Central MA who are DMH-eligible and DMH-referred. The overall goal is to help children and their family members develop skills, strategies, and supports to sustain the child in the family’s natural environment and help the child function successfully in the community. Services are flexible and individualized to meet varying needs of children and their families.
Responsibilities- Travel and conduct in-home family therapy throughout Worcester County.
- Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Coordinate and monitor individual treatment plans (ITPs) in collaboration with the youth’s treatment team.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
Master’s Degree in a Social Services field, valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving record required. Ability to work effectively with collaterals and partner agencies such as the Department of Mental Health (DMH) and educational facilities. Experience with mental health treatment of children or adolescents and their families is preferred.

Current Licensure- Master’s Degree, no license — $38.94 - $40.38
- Pathway to LMHC/LMFT — $40.38 - $41.83
- LCSW — $42.31 - $43.75
- Independent License (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC I) — $43.75 - $44.23
