Senior Financial Analyst/Project Accountant

• Oversee financial management of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure profitability and compliance.
• Monitor project performance, identify potential cost overruns early, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with project teams.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including Work-in-Progress (WIP), cash flow projections, and monthly close processes.
• Partner with project managers to develop budgets, validate estimates, and provide financial insights during planning and review meetings.
• Drive integration and financial efficiency across multiple projects and departments, supporting strategic and operational goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in project accounting/analysis, preferably within the construction industry.
• Deep expertise in project management platforms and ERP systems with integrated job costing capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
