Building Evolution Is Looking For a Team Member With- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, architecture, building technology, or similar.
- 5+ years of experience as a Certified Passive House Verifier (Phius), including HERS ratings on multifamily buildings.
- Certifying projects under ENERGY STAR Homes / Multifamily New Construction, Indoor AirPLUS, EGC, and Zero Energy Ready Homse.
- Performing take‑offs on enclosure, MEP, and lighting systems.
- Performing on‑site inspections, including blower door, duct leakage, and ventilation testing using diagnostic testing equipment.
- Demonstrable experience with common energy analysis/benchmarking and energy modeling softwares. Experience with eQuest, Energy Plus, Open Studio, WUFI, and THERM a plus.
