Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Supervisor located in Central Massachusetts. The Construction Supervisor will manage and oversee daily operations and progress on construction sites, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality control, and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising teams, supervising subcontractors, conducting site inspections, enforcing construction safety protocols, and communicating effectively with project stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of Commercial Solar Experience Required
  • Proven supervisory leadership with the ability to manage solar construction crews, subcontractors, and on-site activities efficiently
  • Strong technical expertise in solar site supervision, including oversight of civil, racking, electrical, and interconnection work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with project managers, engineers, utilities, inspectors, and clients
  • Demonstrated experience conducting quality control inspections to ensure solar installations meet design drawings, codes, and project specifications
  • Thorough understanding of solar construction safety requirements, including OSHA regulations, electrical safety, and site-specific safety plans
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational, scheduling, and field problem-solving capabilities
  • Solid knowledge of solar PV systems, renewable energy construction methods, and balance-of-system components
  • Relevant education or experience in construction management, electrical or civil engineering, or a related construction discipline
