Position: Retina Surgeon – UMass Memorial Health

Department: Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences

UMass Memorial Health, the clinical partner of UMass Chan Medical School, is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Ophthalmologist with fellowship training in Vitreoretinal Surgery to join our award-winning department.

• High-volume clinical practice supported by state-of-the-art facilities serving a diverse patient population in Central Massachusetts.
• Extensive opportunities for clinical, basic, and translational research.

• Trained in a reputable ACGME-accredited residency program.
• Completed a Retina fellowship in the US with both medical and surgical training.
• Experience in retinal detachment surgery and other retinal surgeries, ocular trauma.
• Experience in uveitis is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to an academic program, education, and teaching.
