• Employed Gastroenterology position
• Highly flexible model: physicians determine workload and schedule
• Compensation commensurate with production
• Bread‑and‑butter GI with general gastroenterology focus
• Comfortable managing GI emergencies and caring for acutely ill or frail patient populations
• Cross‑coverage call structure
• Practice start‑up and onboarding support provided

• Flexible scheduling with autonomy over volume and pace
• Immediate patient base
• Supportive, team‑oriented group culture
• Operational and administrative support to help you ramp up efficiently

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Comfortable with inpatient consults, procedures, and urgent GI management
• Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
• Visa support negotiable
