• Lead a well‑established, collegial urology division within a nationally recognized, physician‑led organization
• Collegial group practice with a large referral base
• Oversee a multidisciplinary team including 9 Urologists, 5 Advanced Practitioners across nine Optum MA urology locations
• Shape departmental performance with 0.3 FTE administrative leadership time alongside active clinical practice of 0.7 FTE
• Current call is three per month
• Drive strategic growth and care innovation while partnering closely with surgical, specialty, and operational leadership across Optum MA
• Provide comprehensive urology care supported by state‑of‑the‑art technology, including access to the da Vinci robot and advanced minimally invasive treatments
• Lead a department committed to high‑quality, patient‑centric, and safe care, recognized as a top performer in Massachusetts' Quadruple Aim initiatives
• Offers a complete range of urology care for patients of all ages, addressing conditions such as kidney stones, urinary incontinence, prostate cancer and bladder cancer
• Access to interventional radiology
• The Urology group has multiple locations in central, Metro West and eastern MA, making it convenient for patients and providing a broad reach for urologists
• Excellent support staff and dedicated practice management systems in place that allows you to practice at the top of your license
• State of the art Epic EMR system
• Student and Resident teaching; and Research opportunity available if desired
