Our Client, a Clinical Laboratory company, is looking for a Patient Access Rep I for their Worcester, MA location.
Responsibilities- Act a liaison between client, the customer base and patients.
- Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet.
- Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures.
- Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution.
- Provide additional customer education and information as needed.
- Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting client's products and services.
- Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions.
- Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
- Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance.
- They come in, their main responsibility is they sit front and center at the desk up front and they will pull all the orders, they will assist with checking patients in on the Kiosk we have, they must speak Spanish fluently.
- For the most part they don’t go out of the lobby area.
- Maintain the kiosk order, pull the orders out of our order systems, they do want us to pull everything for the client.
- They keep our phlebotomists fed with orders, pulling them all, putting them on the counter and keeping the queue moving.
- There are no phones they have to answer.
- It would be a plus if they have previous patient intake registration experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in customer service preferred.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
