Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 6+ years of customer-facing experience in sales, relationship management, or customer success in a SaaS environment Experience leading meetings with executive stakeholders and resolving issues collaboratively Familiarity with Salesforce Reporting and project management tools Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
