A company is looking for an SMS Care Advocate to provide personalized support to customers navigating the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities Engage with customers through outbound and inbound calls to educate them on benefits and assist with appointment scheduling Coordinate care across various settings while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Document member interactions and collaborate with other departments to resolve inquiries and concerns

Required Qualifications High School diploma (or equivalent) required;
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or service center role Knowledge of care coordination and case management concepts preferred Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred
