Harr Motor Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual for a desk-based sales support role. This is a great entry-level opportunity to break into the automotive industry. You'll work alongside our sales team, handling customer inquiries and helping guide guests through the early stages of their car-buying journey.

What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for sales & service inquiries
• Answer inbound calls and emails with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Respond to internet leads and schedule appointments
• Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM system
• You'll be trained to confidently handle high-volume outreach and maximize customer connections-no cold calling required

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in English required; bilingual ability (especially Spanish) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Prior customer service experience and a passion for helping people (Willing to train the right candidate)
• Calm, professional demeanor under pressure
• CRM experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
