Oversee concession stand operations across multiple permanent and temporary locations during games and events;
Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for Stand Leads, Culinary Leads, and frontline staff;
Provide visible, on-floor leadership to support service flow, staffing coverage, and guest satisfaction;
Monitor and adjust staffing levels in real time to support peak service periods;
Assist with opening, mid-event, and closing procedures across assigned concession locations
