We are looking for a motivated Video Production Intern to join our marketing team. This role offers hands‑on experience in videography, content creation, and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned, perfect for students seeking real world experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. • Shoot and edit video at Worcester Railers home games & events
• Assist with post‑production/editing on non‑gamedays
• Help organize and store files for easy access
• Other digital media/marketing needs if necessary

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or other editing software is required.
• Proficiency in After Effects & Photoshop is a plus.
• Experience in covering live sporting events is required.
• Experience in photography, graphic design, and social media content creation is a plus.
• A passion for sports.

• Do you live within 20 miles of Worcester, MA and have reliable transportation?
• Will you be able to work at least 75% of Railers Home Games? (Games typically take place on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
• Do you have access to your own equipment?
• Please provide a portfolio/examples of previous work. (Applications with no portfolio/examples will not be considered).
