OSP Construction Supervisor

We are seeking an OSP Field Supervisor for our valued client, a rapidly growing Internet Service Provider!

The OSP Field Supervisor will oversee OSP construction projects, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain quality control.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Supervising OSP Construction Projects.
• Coordinating with OSP Construction GC's
• Providing updates and required documentation to Outside Plant Construction Management leadership
• Oversee activities on-site, ensure materials and equipment are in place, attend production meetings, and liaise with inspectors for approvals.
• Maintain records such as daily field reports

Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSP construction methods, including aerial and buried, OTDR measurement, OSP procedures, fiber splicing, and RUS specifications, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Must have valid DL and clean driving record.
