Are you a field-based Construction Manager with strong experience leading construction delivery across multiple sites, looking for a senior regional role with real ownership and autonomy?

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a key leadership position within a growing construction business delivering high-quality projects across Massachusetts. Once projects are under contract, you will take full responsibility for construction delivery, leading teams from project handoff through to final punch list completion.

This role suits a hands-on construction leader who enjoys being in the field, driving programmes forward, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

• Lead regional construction delivery across multiple active project sites
• Take ownership from contract handoff through to project close‑out and final punch list
• Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and delivered to specification
• Manage field teams, subcontractors, quality, safety, and change order execution

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager
• Strong background delivering projects from handoff through to completion
• Comfortable managing multiple sites with regular regional travel
• Confident leading teams, programmes, budgets, and site execution

• Senior regional position with genuine ownership and influence
• Clear route into senior construction leadership as the business scales
• Strong pipeline of secured and repeat project work
• Up to $130k, 401k match, mileage, healthcare, 4-week vacation plus holidays
