A leading conservation organization in Massachusetts seeks camp staff for summer programs aimed at fostering experiential learning in nature. Responsibilities include leading groups of children in outdoor activities and providing behavioral support, while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment. Ideal candidates should have experience working with children, be at least 18 years old, and possess current First Aid and CPR certifications.

This role runs from June 22nd to August 28th, 2026, with training from June 8th to June 18th.
