Campus Housing Coordinator - Up to $25/hour

The Campus Housing Coordinator ensures smooth and efficient housing operations for residential students. You’ll manage housing assignments, maintain accurate records, oversee keys and parking systems, and provide exceptional student support. This role blends logistical expertise with a passion for fostering a safe, welcoming campus environment.

• Manage student housing assignments and update housing records accurately
• Oversee key distribution, access systems, and parking permits
• Serve as the first point of contact for housing-related inquiries, providing excellent customer service
• Collaborate with campus teams to support housing operations and student events
• Ensure housing policies and procedures are consistently followed

• 1+ year of experience in residential life or college housing operations
• Managed and oversaw the full lifecycle of a logistical process from initiation to completion
• Strong organizational skills with attention to data accuracy

• Experience with year-round campus housing operations
• Proficiency in housing management software
• Event coordination or student services background
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
