Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role is responsible for managing the company’s outgoing payments, processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payment of obligations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Verify invoice approvals and match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices (3-way match)
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, Net Suite, or similar ERP systems)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
