Role Type: 100% Onsite
Role ObjectiveCoordinates and monitors order processing, receiving, staging and shipping activities for the Logistics organization.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Plans and coordinates team's work efforts, communicates performance expectations and results, and enforces established company and departmental work & safety rules.
- Plans and coordinates team's activities with other Warehouse shifts, Production and Procurement groups.
- Provides training, direction, and work performance evaluation of hourly warehouse personnel.
- Identifies and resolves problems/issues to ensure team meets performance objectives.
- Performs weekly inventories of supplies.
- Compiles and records OSD authorization information.
- Monitors all inbound and outbound delivery schedules and dock freight.
- Maintains and records daily Shipping and Receiving performance figures.
- Maintains customer return product in the inventory system.
- Participates in drafting WIS for specific areas of responsibilities within the warehouse operation.
- Performs training in compliance with cGMP & GWP (good warehouse practices).
- Promotes inventory accuracy through coaching and training.
- Evaluates powered industrial truck daily checklists for accuracy.
- Updates warehouse inventory daily.
- Scrap ticket processing as needed.
- Provides backup supervisory support, as required.
High School graduate with one to two years experience in a team-based environment. Experience and skills in Shipping, Receiving, or General Warehouse.

Travel RequirementsTravel between campus locations in Northeast Ohio as needed.

Compensation & BenefitsThe starting pay rate for this role is $26.27 per hour. In addition to base pay, all GOJO team members are bonus eligible. for a comprehensive list of benefits we offer including 401(k) match, parental leave, and onsite well-being care.
