Shift Team Leader DC- 2nd Shift

Role Objective

Coordinates and monitors order processing, receiving, staging and shipping activities for the Logistics organization.

• Plans and coordinates team's work efforts, communicate performance expectations and results as well as enforce established company and departmental work & safety rules.
• Plans and coordinates team's activities with other Warehouse shifts, Production and Procurement groups.
• Provides training, direction, and work performance evaluation of hourly warehouse personnel.
• Identifies and resolves problems/issues to ensure team meets performance objectives.
• Performs weekly inventories of supplies.
• Compiles and records OSD authorization information.
• Monitor all inbound and outbound delivery schedules and dock freight.
• Maintains and records daily Shipping and Receiving performance figures.
• Maintains customer return product in the inventory system.
• Participates in the drafting of WIS for specific areas of responsibilities within the warehouse operation.
• Performs training in compliance with cGMP & GWP (good warehouse practices).
• Promotes inventory accuracy through coaching and training.
• Evaluate powered industrial truck daily checklists for accuracy.
• Updates warehouse inventory daily.
• Scrap ticket processing as needed.
• Provides backup supervisory support, as required.

High School graduate with one to two years experience in a team-based environment. Experience and skills in Shipping, Receiving, or General Warehouse.

The starting pay rate for this role is 26.27 per hour. In addition to base pay, all GOJO team members are bonus eligible.  for a comprehensive list of benefits we offer including 401(k) match, parental leave, and onsite well-being care.
