The Retail Sales Associate assists customers and helps maintain store appearance. Responsibilities include customer service, running registers, merchandising, and store maintenance. Earn a 20% discount on all purchases. Company of 500+ stores in 31 states.

• Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” approach.
• Accurately and efficiently manage cash register transactions.
• Be knowledgeable about store inventory, weekly deals, and the value offered.
• Assist with freight logistics and learn merchandising best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Enjoy training new associates who may not have prior retail experience.
• Can work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
• Positive attitude and team player who delights and serves customers.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
