One Eighty offers exceptional internship opportunities for aspiring counselors, social workers, and marriage and family therapists. Our program provides a rich and supportive environment to gain valuable hands-on experience while working towards your licensure.

  • Paid Internship Opportunities: Certain intern positions within the organization are paid depending on level of education and field of interest.
We offer internships in a variety of departments, including:
  • Victim Advocacy & Outreach Services - Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, required.
  • Shelter Services - Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, preferred.
  • Community Relations & Prevention (through the College of Wooster)
Internships are unpaid unless noted when hired. Lengths vary depending on your program requirements. Typically, internships in Outpatient and Victim Services last 3-6 months, with the possibility of extending to a year.
