Maintenance Technicians are the superheroes of our operations, ensuring our production equipment and facilities run at peak performance through electrical, mechanical, and control maintenance.

• Collaborate and problem‑solve in training
• Complete tasks while meeting production, quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Operate hand and power tools, and lift trucks, including working at heights
• Use measuring tools and work independently with guidance
• Communicate and document information effectively
• Embrace new training and educational opportunities
• Attend advanced technology maintenance classes on‑site and off
• Report any food safety concerns promptly

• Pass a maintenance assessment test
• Willingness to take advanced technology maintenance classes
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs occasionally
• Flexibility to bend, stoop, kneel, and work overhead
• Availability for rotating shifts and overtime
