PRC‑Saltillo is seeking a Clinical Social Media Specialist who understands both the science behind AAC and the art of storytelling across digital platforms.
In this unique role, you’ll translate complex AAC concepts into engaging, accessible content that educates, inspires, and builds community. If you have a clinical background and a passion for social media strategy, data, and creativity, this role lets you do meaningful work with measurable impact.

What You’ll Do- Lead end‑to‑end social media strategy and execution across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and You Tube
- Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar using social media management tools
- Create platform‑specific content such as short‑form videos, reels, carousels, stories, and live content
- Translate AAC research, products, and clinical concepts into accessible, relatable, and shareable content
- Implement audience‑growth strategies, including hashtag research, trend participation, and influencer partnerships within AAC and SLP communities
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement best practices
- Experience managing paid social campaigns and audience targeting strategies
- Strong ability to analyze social media data and translate insights into action
- Proficiency with video editing and graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and digital marketing best practices
- Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, Education, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or a related field required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AAC or Assistive Technology
- 3+ years of professional experience executing modern social media strategies and using social media tools
- 3+ years managing corporate social media accounts and/or digital content creation
