RESTORATIVE AIDE - PART-TIME | Wayne County Care Center, Wooster, Ohio

Join Our Team at Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting! This is a 3 day per week, part-time position with flexible hours. Preference for someone with a PTA or COTA license is noted, but not required.

As a Part Time Restorative Aide, you will:

• Help patients regain or maintain physical function, mobility, and independence by implementing personalized therapy plans, focusing on exercises for strength, balance, and range of motion, and assisting with daily activities to improve quality of life in a long-term care setting. You will work under therapists, document patient progress, provide encouragement, and help with tasks like walking, transfers, and personal care to prevent declines and foster self-sufficiency.
