Your Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the Purchase to Pay process aligned with category strategies and stakeholder requirements, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Assist and review new supplier setups to support sourcing activities
  • Manage operational tasks including requisition and purchase order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution
  • Assist with reconciliation of accounting issues related to supplier invoices
  • Support Buyers with special projects and tasks as required
  • Collect data from SAP, MIPS, SQN Database, Business Warehouse, Winchill, and other supplier development systems
  • Communicate and elevate plant supplier issues to ensure prompt resolution
  • Maintain hard copy files and necessary documentation
  • Perform administrative duties such as travel arrangements, calendar management, and preparing PowerPoint presentations
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years working as a coordinator or administrator
  • At least 1 year of experience with supplier coordination or administrative duties
  • Solid knowledge and experience in purchase order management and the Purchase to Pay process
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with an interest in process improvements and innovation
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
