Transportation Specialist Supervised Visitation and Support Center
(Full Time)
The Northern Rhode Island Visitation Center (NRIVC) serves families whose children are to have supervised visits in a home-like setting while receiving support in their recovery. The Transportation Specialist provides transportation to and from supervised visits with biological families for children in out-of-home placements. This role involves communication with foster parents and the facilitation of scheduling visits with all parties involved.
The position is also responsible for ensuring passenger safety at all times, including documentation for state, program, and agency standards, and the implementation of individualized transportation plans. Candidates should have excellent personal, organizational, and communication skills and be willing to work with a dynamic, fun team dedicated to making a positive impact on families' lives.
