As an HVAC Sr Field Service Technician, you will provide advanced technical support and service for HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

• Install, configure, and maintain building automation systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure system reliability.
• Participate in on‑site walk‑throughs, formal commissioning, and customer demonstration/training.
• Provide onsite and offsite technical support during installation, start‑up, commissioning, and turnover processes.
• Oversee installation of control systems for boilers, chillers, process water systems, RTUs, air handlers, etc.
• Run one‑off problems, scenarios, and integrations based on customer needs.
• Develop and program graphical displays to monitor and adjust mechanical system operations.
• Perform system backups and install updates and patches.
• Understand and apply knowledge of virtual machines, system imaging, and networking to serve customers.
• Complete required documentation for work performed or other contractual obligations.
• Proper use of safety personal protection equipment.
• Security and other clearances as required by customer.
• Assist with design, estimating, and installation of various building automation systems.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
• Rhode Island Electrical License.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Experience with commercial and industrial HVAC units.

• Experience working on Windows Operating Systems, installation and configuration of the Windows OS.
• Hands‑on experience with customer's IT team, knowledge of networking infrastructure, configuration of IP addresses and subnets.
• Technical Training & Building Automation Controls Experience.
• Programming more than one system (Tridium, Niagara N4, integration of 3rd‑party systems such as BACnet, LON, Modbus on chillers, boilers, etc.).
