Scope Of Work Includes
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to create and deliver activation plans that are consistent with the brand position and consumer target to deliver fiscal year business and financial goals.
  • Collaborate with teams, agencies and external partners to implement marketing plans using KPIs to evaluate effectiveness of tactics including owned, earned and paid media.
  • Act as brand and product SME, providing product recommendations, information, marketing assets (digital assets, influencer kits, photography, etc.) and legally & clinically approved materials.
  • Work closely with the digital team to develop enhanced content for SB products on
  • Build brand ambassadorship internally and externally through programs, education and sampling.
  • Manage the creative process from kickoff to finalization of all campaign assets.
  • Collaborate in bi‑weekly meetings with Category managers on activation strategy that supports overall brand position and synergy with plan.
  • Lead and deliver special projects with agreed milestones and high quality, e.g., planogram fixture/signage, off‑shelf display, sampling, field engagement, omni‑channel programs.
  • Proactively influence across all customer touch points by aligning internal partners on SB marketing executions (Brand Center, Legal, Clinical, Extra Care, Creative, etc.).
  • Partner with director to estimate, forecast and secure budget dollars, handling all paperwork involved in budget administration.
  • Develop deep understanding of the Store Brands business, including strategic plan, priorities and objectives.
  • Support packaging execution, design briefs, artwork reviews, and cross‑functional alignment with packaging, PD, and legal/regulatory teams.
  • Ensure packaging reflects product reason for being, brand strategy and meets operational requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Advertising.
  • Minimum 2‑3 years experience in Marketing/Brand or related field.
  • Self‑motivated, highly flexible and takes initiative to do what’s needed.
  • Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative, able to work across diverse organizations and roles.
  • Problem‑solving skills with solution orientation.
  • Prioritization and strong time‑management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Financially and commercially astute.
  • MBA a plus.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $82,940.00 – $. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.

It also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
