The Adult Services Director of Day Services oversees the daily operations of Adult Day Health, Activities, and Supported Employment programs. This leadership role ensures high‑quality service delivery, program development, and compliance with regulatory standards. The Director collaborates with families, government agencies, and community partners to advocate for individuals’ rights and enhance program outcomes.

$30/hr
Sign‑on Bonus: $2,500

• Oversee day services programs, including staff supervision and performance management.
• Manage fiscal operations, contract administration, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families at organizational and state levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, funding sources, and community partners.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and adherence to HIPAA standards.
• Participate in incident review processes and maintain required certifications and trainings.
• Complete on‑call responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive management leadership in a related field.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
