• Full‑Time, Day Shift, 6am-2pm, every other weekend
• Part‑Time, Second Shift, 3:30pm-7:30pm, every other weekend

Advinia Care Oakland Grove is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional culinary services to our residents. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

• Follow therapeutic diet cards as ordered by the physician
• Ensure proper serving temperature of the food and beverages
• Assure timely delivery of food and beverages
• Maintain visual appeal of the food and emphasis on the use of garnishes
• Adhere to daily nourishment list and stock nourishment stations
• Assist the cook in monitoring of meal serving times
  
  Adhere to sanitation and storage policy and procedure
• Perform other duties assigned by the dining director

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to follow oral and written communication
• Ability to maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc., and maintain the appearance of the dining service areas
• Ability to perform regular inspections of dietary services areas for sanitation, order, safety, and proper performance of assigned duties
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm
• Ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing dietary practices
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public

• Hourly rate: $16 HOURLY
